Return and Exchange Policy

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packed in its original packaging.

- Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- If your product is damaged or has a specific defect, please send us a photo of the item along with your city, full address, and order number. This information is required to process a replacement.

The customer will be fully refunded if the product they received is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products, which we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.
