All our carpets are handmade by skilled women artisans in Morocco. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur — making each piece truly unique.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed before the order is processed.

4. Shipping
We offer international shipping through express and standard methods:

Express Delivery: Estimated 3–7 business days (Morocco), 7–15 days internationally.
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (worldwide).

Once shipped, we will send a tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Please note: If your order includes a custom design, it may take additional time to complete. We take great care to ensure every detail is crafted with precision and finished to the highest quality.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only in the case of damage or product defects. To request a return or exchange:

Send us a clear photo of the product
Include your city, full address, and order number
We will review the request and respond with a replacement or solution.
